If you attend New Hope Full Gospel Church and would like to become a member, please begin by reading our Tenets of Faith. These are available on our website under “About Us,” at the church office, or in the church lobby.
After reviewing the Tenets of Faith and agreeing to abide by and live according to them, please complete the Membership Form using the link below.
Please note that facility use information is included within this form.
Once completed, you may submit your membership and facility use form in one of the following ways:
